This file was initially tagged by Peteforsyth as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Cool retouching of a couple pictures, but unfortunately I believe this puppet is copyrighted
Converted by me to DR as it is heavily used, though I am also inclined to see it as a copyvio of the character. -- Túrelio (talk) 09:17, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
Same problem with:
- Delete or even speedy delete (CommonsDelinker should take care of the links, right?) As author. This image is an obvious derivative of copyrighted source material. It was only a month ago when I uploaded these, but after some conversations on my talk page and at the copyright help page, I discovered Commons:Copyright#Derivative_works which I had absolutely no understanding of at the time. So I'm sad to see these go, but these images are copyvio. To save everyone some time, I will list all the images below that are done by me that need to be deleted. (Note that the muppets categories have plenty of other images that should be removed as well.)

- Delete this and all of the other images of Muppets on Commons. The Muppets are derivative work of proprietary character designs that are registered at the U.S. Copyright Office. -- Seth Allen (discussion/contributions, Tuesday, April 23, 2013, 01:08 U.T.C.
Deleted: Unfortunate, as these are nice images, but it's quite clear that they are derivatives of copyright-protected works. These could all, indeed, have been speedily deleted, as the copyright violation is quite clear MichaelMaggs (talk) 20:31, 28 April 2013 (UTC)
