Author of the sign is arboretum of university of Guelph. There is freedom of panorama in Canada for 3-dimensional, but not for 2-dimensional objects, so the photo violates university's copyright. Also this is derivative work of atlas of rare woody plants of Ontario, which was printed in 1984 and is copyrighted until 2035 (50+1 years from creation). Taivo (talk) 17:56, 21 June 2017 (UTC)

Der Fotograf ist nicht der Maler und (C)-Inhaber des Bildes. Maler wird mutwillig verschwiegen. Es ist anzunehmen, dass dieser noch nicht seit 70 Jahren verstorben ist.
