This is a file initially uploaded on Japanese Wikipedia as the uploader's "friend's work (友人が撮影)" which requires the uploader's approval before anyone can use. The uploader asserts here that this is his own work, but such a claim has no credibility. This picture is taken by someone else than the uploader, and he is not in a position to legally license this work. Fabrication of authorship constitutes serious copyright violation.
