Unlikely to be own work Barrylb (talk) 13:44, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In the words on the Wikipedia talk page "This photo was clearly taken in the chamber of the House of Representatives. The only people authorised to take such photos are Auspic, an Australian government agency. Auspic photos are copyright, and Auspic do not release their photos into the public domain. Whoever uploaded this photo was therefore not the owner or copyright holder of the photo, and had no right to purport to release it into the public domain. This is NOT a public domain photo and its use violates Wikipedia's copyright rules. Intelligent Mr Toad (talk) 08:44, 31 July 2008 (UTC)"

Plus, members of the general public are not allowed to bring cameras into the House while it is in session. Barrylb (talk) 13:46, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Aren't we supposed to assume good faith? Even if it's potentially 'unauthorised', is Wikimedia even constrained by Australian parliamentary rules? Maybe we should wait for Auspic to make a copyright claim before deleting somebody's upload. 61.68.163.231 03:12, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted, per nominator, seems to come from the first Tineye result (note the exactly same resolution and file size). --The Evil IP address (talk) 12:34, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
