Regrettably, I believe this license is laundered. The Flickr album that contained this is full of 1980s culture-related photographs, many of which are admittedly not taken by the uploader. This appears no different, and, given that many of the photographs in this album have extensive descriptions, one would expect this to have one as well if the uploader had been fortunate enough to photograph Ms. Bush. Additionally, I found a better version of this photograph on Tumblr with an upload date two years before this was uploaded to Flickr. Rebbing 08:30, 22 August 2016 (UTC)
Keep The Flickr image was reviewed by FlickreviewR and has proven that the stated license is valid. There is no need for deleting any images that were reviewed by the FlickreviewR bot that say that the license is valid (check marks in the permissions section). --173.55.239.44 19:27, 22 August 2016 (UTC)
Comment I think FlickreviewR just verifies that the claimed license was active on flickr when the file was uploaded, not that the license claim on flickr is valid. Mlpearc (open channel) 21:03, 22 August 2016 (UTC)
