This is a potential copyright violation. Getty images has the rights to this photo: (http://www.gettyimages.com/license/166559190). The author in fact is not "unidentified," it is accredited to Philippe Le Tellier of the Paris Match magazine Indy beetle (talk) 20:59, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
- Uploader here. I wasn't aware the image was copyrighted by Getty or any other entity. It's been circulated and re-circulated many times (prior to its upload) without credit to le Tellier or Paris Match. --Katangais (talk) 21:24, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
Keep: Getty Images obviously does not hold the copyright of this 1962 photo published in the Democratic Republic of the Congo previously published. --Amitie 10g (talk) 22:12, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
- Well seeing as it was taken by a Paris Match photographer, I think we can assume it was published in France. There's no evidence to suggest it was published in the Congo. -Indy beetle (talk) 17:40, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
