Model never gave consent, and I know because I am the model. Kartos (talk) 16:18, 25 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This appears to have been taken in the United States in a public place without any reasonable expectation of privacy. In the United States, there is no legal requirement for consent when photographing people in a public place or when licensing or publishing such photographs. See Commons:Photographs of identifiable people for more details. Furthermore, the photograph is still available on Flickr, which means that deletion from Commons would not really accomplish much at all. LX (talk, contribs) 19:07, 25 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Kartos: What LX said is true. Nevertheless I would support your request to remove this unused image here as a courtesy, if the image is removed from Flickr as well (otherwise it will just get reuploaded here) and you prove your identity through the process outlines at COM:OTRS. My support is no guarantee that other people will agree with me, though. Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 04:00, 2 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: for now. --Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 04:00, 2 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Model did not sign model release form nor give consent for the photo to be widely available online or for creative commons. As a former professional model, my image was my livelihood. A photogaph being online and claimed to being free for use does not guarantee it is free. It was a private photoshoot requested by the model, myself. Kept: A way forward has been outlined in the last deletion request. Repeated requests without new argument will be seen as vandalism. --Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 03:28, 19 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
