The picture depcits a national protected object. Distribution of the material is considered high treason according to Swedish law (and may be seen as crime against the constitution and a direct threat to democracy). The object is not covered in the Swedish panorama freedom. Distribution of the picture may be sentenced with prison sentence up to undetermined time, the highest sentence you can get in Sweden. Keep It is not high treason. It may be a minor offence which is by now past the statute of limitations. The relevant pieace of legislation is skyddslagen,[1] according to which the maximum penalty for taking a photo of a proctected object is one year. The statute of limitations is two years according to the Criminal Code (BrB 35:1 p1).[2] This is not a copyright issue. Edaen (talk) 18:24, 6 July 2023 (UTC)
