The uploader being one of the subject of this picture, he cannot be the photographer. One of the few remaining pictures of this indefblocked user. Eusebius (talk) 22:46, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
- We generally allow users to upload pictures of themselves, within reason, and it *is* in scope. However it being a group pic makes that theory kind of unworkable, since it wouldn't have been the type of self pic we allow (hand camera to someone, hey take a picture of me). -Nard the Bard 03:26, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
- Just for the context, this user, an athlete, has uploaded dozens of pictures in which he appeared. The pictures were taken at the occasion of various sport events, with various cameras. He was blocked on his home wiki for self-promotion, and here for sockpuppetry, multiple false authorship claims and blatant copyright violations. Only two or three pictures remain (not nominated for deletion), on which he doesn't appear, and I wouldn't spontaneously credit them to "Diego Cosgaya" just based on the uploader's good faith. --Eusebius (talk) 10:11, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
- In that case, coupled with the fact that there's no camera data, I'd doubt that this was the uploader's own work. So Delete. --Simonxag (talk) 12:07, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
