This file was initially tagged by Regasterios as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: COM:CSD#G4, per Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Szenasi. This was published in 1941, converting to DR to see whether it might be out of copyright already. Ymblanter (talk) 18:50, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Justh Zsigmond died in 1894. Although the work was published in 1941 (47 years after his death), the work was made public within 70 years from the first day of the year following its creation (in 1885). As such, the copyright of the text expired in 1956, per COM:HUNGARY. However, the cover itself could be considered as a seperate work. While it might be now in PD in Hungary, it wasn't in 1996, and as such COM:URAA and U.S. copyright laws may apply. If they do, the earliest possible date for undeletion would be 1 Jan 2037. Deletion was per COM:PCP. If you disagree, please submit a request at COM:UDR. Thank you. --Ìch heiss Nat. Redd mìt mìr. 07:46, 5 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
