Uploader is claiming to be copyright holder. However, the same image uploaded to the English Wikipedia by the same editor is stated to be used under fair use and includes "Received permission from the photographer of the photo." which would indicate the uploader is not in fact the copyright holder. There is no statement as to what the permission is so confirmation of licensing would be needed from the actual copyright holder via OTRS. Whpq (talk) 11:00, 7 September 2017 (UTC)
- This is the uploader of both posts of the photo. I previously uploaded the photo as copyright permission, which I attest was myself, not realizing I could list the photo as my own. The first posting as copyright was in error to get the file loaded to my contributions page. However it didn't so I reposted it as the photo you are proposing for deletion. If you note, both photos were uploading by my screen name. Thanks and sorry for the error. Still new at uploading to commons.
Delete Source on en-wiki is "Boxing.wikia.com" - assuming that is correct then you will need to go via COM:CONSENT to donate the copyright, as it has been uploaded to the web, before uploading to Wikipedia. Ideally you should go to en:Wikipedia:Declaration_of_consent_for_all_enquiries and donate the copyright of the en-wiki image, then when that is done - move that image to commons.
