Who is the "copyrightholder" requiring attribution for this 1979 photo? It seems this is a photo by Fielding McGehee and Rebecca Moore on their visit to Jonestown in May 1979, according to this. I see no evidence for permission. Pieter Kuiper (talk) 07:18, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
- Keep -- I am in contact with the copyright holder. The image page was already perfectly tagged and attributed correctly, per communication. This is now COM:OTRS pending. -- Cirt (talk) 17:17, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
- When I nominated this image for deletion, there was a requirement for attribution, but no mention of the photographer. Amazingly, there now is an OTRS tag (although OTRS seems to have a daunting backlog of several weeks). My question is: who gave the license? /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 17:17, 7 April 2010 (UTC)

- Comment - Update: Confirmed as free-use status, per COM:OTRS. See [1]. Thanks. -- Cirt (talk) 17:22, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
- Keep OTRS checks out - it's free use. Orderinchaos (talk) 17:45, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
- Keep Ok, I now see that Rebecca Moore operates the site; withdrawing this nomination. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 22:44, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
