- Keep. I'm not really sure why that'd be a reason to delete this image. The description of the image says that this photo is of a state legislator, in the legislature, during a committee hearing. The image was just sent to me by the legislator via email, and is currently under review by VRT agents. And per Wikipedia's own guidelines (WP:POLITICIAN), state legislators are considered to be notable -- so it's not like I just uploaded an image of some random person. - Vogel said in his email to me that he was the sole owner of the exclusive copyright of the media work. He didn't say who specifically took the photo, but I'd have to assume it's someone in his office. Y2hyaXM (talk) 01:03, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
