- Only applies to artistic works. This is an old (?) poem on an informational plaque, not a work of (modern, copyrighted) art. Through I am open to correction if somebody with a better Korean can figure out if the 1996 applies to the year the plaque was added, poem was written, or something else? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 04:33, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
