The drawing that the activist wears as a necklace is copyrightable and belongs to an anonymous person. I don't think de minimis applies. There aren't faces of people or persons. This is a close-up view of a drawing, even with a black jacket and red sweater/shirt/blouse. The drawing contains a pencil broken in half with some orange blob resembling some blood.
