No evidence of free license at the original source: http://www.jasonlisle.com/about-lisle/ . The creationwiki site claims fair use, not Public Domain, and some random person named Ashcraft is not the author of this photo. Animalparty (talk) 22:38, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
- It did say it's a publicity photo. He may not be the author, but he is the (at least alleged) copyright holder. If this photo violates any copyright, that's on the shoulders of user Ashcraft.Oldstone James (talk) 22:44, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
- And I'm the Queen of England, because it now says so on the Internet. People upload media with wrong licences all the time, and/or falsely claim ownership. This is likely a case of License laundering. We need better evidence that the true photo creator actually published this image with a compatible license. Fair-use files cannot be hosted on Commons, and non-free files must be removed. Animalparty (talk) 23:25, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
Deleted: Commons does not host fair use files. You might be able to upload the file to Wikipedia if it meets the non-free content criteria. Green Giant (talk) 11:04, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
