Unclear copyright status and obvioulsy a {{Agência Brasil}}-fail (photo dated with 1961 versus en:Agência Brasil = "is the national public news agency, run by the Brazilian government", created in 2007). Uploaded in 2010 no link was provided to Agência Brasil. Photo shows Brazilian president Jânio Quadros (only 7 months in 1961) with Che Guevara, an Argentine guerrilla leader and major figure of the Cuban Revolution.

Unknown is also if book "Argentinos y latinoamericanos" (appears to be an Argentine source) is only a republisher or is the copyright holder, failing also {{PD-AR-Photo}} as alternative.

The photo itself is watermarked with the logo of "FGV" and was cropped --> taken from http://www.e24h.com.br/misc/janio/janio.htm = http://www.e24h.com.br/misc/janio/janio.5.jpg (last modified: 2004), which credits all photos with http://www.cpdoc.fgv.br/comum/htm/ (Copyright © 2001, CPDOC. Todos os direitos reservados. ) where "FGV" stands for en:Fundação Getúlio Vargas, a Brazilian higher education institution founded on December 20, 1944 --> most likely a Brazilian work, copyrighted (without knowing the author) till the end of 2031.
