This deletion request applies to all other files in Category:Paintings by Jan Zrzavý as well! Plus the Zrzavy's drawings in Category:Jan Zrzavý. There is no indication why the works of this artist (died in 1977) could be licensed as Public Domain (let alone PD-old-100). While the other uploads by the maybe official, maybe unofficial User:NGCZ all contain PD artwork, this painter is the exception. All files in the category should be deleted until there is written confirmation by the National Gallery how these artwork can be licensed (if the National Gallery should have the copyright on the artists's estate, for example, and not just own the artworks themselves).
