No indication of when it was first published but probably in memoirs, which came out late in his life. Licensing seems wrong to me - can the publisher provide authority? And the publisher is not the uploader, not is it certain that this photo was taken for the family. Sitush (talk) 13:26, 5 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It seems I forgot to add the OTRS tag when uploading them. The ticket is located here. Mikael Häggström (talk) 20:15, 5 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Mikael Häggström: I can't see the OTRS ticket but is that always sufficient? If it comes from the publisher, Sarah Hudson-Pierce, there may be problems because I don't think she understands legal stuff or, indeed, how Wikipedia works. Whoever took the photo, it wasn't her and it wasn't the subject. The same applies to another that I nominated around the same time. She got into trouble for socking/promo on en-WP and an editing colleague was blocked for massive copyvio problems. - Sitush (talk) 15:57, 10 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Ticket is pretty clear in its assertion. Absent any specific reason to doubt an assertion in a ticket, this is a keeper. --Storkk (talk) 11:56, 13 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
