Commons:Deletion requests/File:Jacqueline at Gillette Mach3 India Gaming Championship 2010-2.jpg
This file is the photograph which sourced from Bollywood Hungama. However Bollywood permission does not extend to photos copyrighted by other websites. This photograph was taken on July 29, 2010, and the photograph was posted on the next day at The Times of India with a copyright notice. (a mention about date and times is in 935 lines of the view-source. see [view-source:http://photogallery.indiatimes.com/events/mumbai/jacqueline-gaming-championship/articleshow/6235937.cms]). This copyright holder is not Bollywood but Viral Bhayani. It was uploaded on commons after three years passed. The confirmation by the reviewer overlooks the image of The Times of India. I do not know whether the reviewer is a mistaker or liar, but at all events this review is wrong. This photograph is not included in the permission. Y.haruo (talk) 15:32, 21 June 2016 (UTC)
- If the result of this DR is 'delete', then there will be inevitable consequences for the 8.000+ files in Category:Files from Bollywood Hungama, because then they all rely on an unreliable permission. Jcb (talk) 16:45, 21 June 2016 (UTC)

- I am not offending you, I only say that if you are right, we have to look at other files as well. Jcb (talk) 21:21, 21 June 2016 (UTC)

- This issue is the same as at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Jacqueline Fernandez at Gillette Mach3 India Gaming Championship 2010.jpg. We've had problems specifically with Viral Bhayani's photos in the past too. BH is a large enough company to be reliable, but their contracts with the photographs may not be adhered to. This had come up during the OTRS discussions too. That is the reason that images on sets and shootings etc are not included in this ticket because their rights to those vary individually and they were not ready to let us know about them individually. Their contracts with the photographers for parties/events is exclusive with a transfer of copyright. There can be multiple explanations for this since copyright law is hardly ever enforced in India and it takes ages to try to enforce through the courts. —SpacemanSpiff 18:21, 21 June 2016 (UTC)
As far as I know all similar deletion requests are closed by deletion. See Commons:Deletion requests/File:Bipasha Karan at their Reception.jpg, Commons:Deletion requests/File:Alia Bhatt in Bikini from Shaandar.jpg, and Commons:Deletion requests/File:Jacqueline Fernandez at Gillette Mach3 India Gaming Championship 2010.jpg. I do not understand the reason why only this deletion request is left.--Y.haruo (talk) 13:06, 24 July 2016 (UTC)
