There is no evidence provided that this image was published before 1977 without a copyright notice. The public domain assertion isn't valid unless this can be shown. —Designate (talk) 16:30, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
Keep: per uploader. He is clearly not 85 years of age or older in the photo; the additional Publicity still copyright information link on the description page would supersede any other issues. --Wikiwatcher1 (talk) 22:25, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- Keep - publicity photo, no notice. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 23:14, 30 July 2011 (UTC)

No evidence that this file is a "studio publicity still" as claimed by the uploader. The source not describes it a such, another reliable source is not given. No evidence of publication without compliance with copyright formalities. Martin H. (talk) 02:40, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
- Delete This is a blog site with no information shown as to the original source of the photo, so determining that it was published without a copyright notice would not be possible. The photo may have originated with a studio or possibly with a news organization like AP or UPI. The blog doesn't say where it got the photos. On the blog, claming fair use would not be incorrect, but there is no proof the photo is in the public domain for it to be licensed as PD. We hope (talk) 03:02, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
