Delete unless OTRS information proves otherwise. In my defence, the claim of permission was added to the talk page after I nominated it as a copyvio. The image is low resolution and has no EXIF information. On that basis, I'd be inclined to say this should be deleted.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Optimist on the run (talk • contribs)
