Delete Generally for nude images we want to see exif data to be be more sure the uploader is the copyright holder, this is a small image with no metadata, and the quality is poor. The account has only posted three images. --RAN (talk) 19:18, 22 November 2023 (UTC)

Comment General notes: I did not see other versions online in a reverse image search. Image is not currently in use; we seem to have a fair number of alternative images in Category:Nude women at beaches. @Veroforus: Can you please give information about the legal case in Italy &c? If you don't wish to share here publicly you can send via COM:VRT. - This is an article of year 2015 that talks about the episode. The beach is in Canary Islands.
