The image is copyrighted by Vector-Image.com. Vector file usage not allowed. The conversation to SVG (as vector file format) for public use prohibited by Vector-Images.com. Vector-Images.com allows to use on Wikipedia raster files (JPG, GIF, PNG) only! The flag files contains the coat of arms completely from Vector-Images.com Rocich (talk) 11:07, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
