See COM:TOO#Netherlands. The threshold of originality is very low in this country. See also Commons:Deletion requests/File:DOORN Records.png. Magog the Ogre (talk) (contribs) 03:53, 27 December 2016 (UTC)
- Delete based on the country TOO concern. Licensing has been updated for the Wikipedia hosted version however that is also orphaned. Salavat (talk) 03:50, 28 December 2016 (UTC)
- Sure? This logo consists of simple typeface and two concentric circles only, using three colors (white, orange and brown). The other case is significantly more complex as it uses non-standard typefaces. And COM:TOO#Netherlands quotes just the usual requirement: “own, original character and bears the personal mark of the maker”. I do not see this here and I see no argument in this direction in the deletion request. But I am not familiar with the corresponding case law in the Netherlands. --AFBorchert (talk) 08:40, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
