Derivative work of a copyrighted logo! Copyright belongs to Shift4. The U.S. Space Force and Tech. Sgt. James Hodgman have not the right to put this logo into Public Domain. Ras67 (talk) 16:21, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Are you sure that logo belongs to Shift4? Because it appears to be a Space Force launch campaign patch; "1ROPS" stands for "1st Range Operations Squadron". Huntster (t @ c) 17:57, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with Huntster, this patch is from the USSF.--BugWarp (talk) 20:39, 11 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
but then isn't USSF US government? Zenwort (talk) 21:09, 11 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Zenwort: Yes? That's what the current license template indicates, {{PD-USGov-Military-Space Force}}. What is your concern? Huntster (t @ c) 22:17, 11 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
“Concern” was: Then why was the deletion request started at all? (talk)
Zenwort, I understand. As they stated, they thought the logo was copyright to Shift4/Inspiration4. It's an understandable misunderstanding, honestly. Huntster (t @ c) 01:05, 17 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It actually seems to be a Space Force logo, if so  Keep. But i was not able to confirm that on an other website. --Ras67 (talk) 11:02, 12 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ras67: the image can be found on this spaceforce article. I only wonder if is possible to make a svg recreation from this logo... Erick Soares3 (talk) 13:59, 21 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This is certainly possible, but i'm not good enough with Inkscape to draw it. --Ras67 (talk) 20:26, 22 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: per discussion. --Ellywa (talk) 02:59, 8 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
