There is no indication that the original design of this patch is out of copyright. Therefore any recreations would be a derivative work that we cannot keep. Moreover, the licensing is invalid: There can either be a Creative Commons licence which involves a copyright, or there is no copyright at all, so a CC licence cannot be granted in the first place.
