- You released it under a free licence, it doesn't require a non-free use rationale, and if it did we wouldn't host it anyway. However, as this is an easily replaceable file where the uploader has requested deletion, I say Delete. -mattbuck (Talk) 10:08, 15 January 2014 (UTC)
