This image named "Indian police service logo" uploaded by user "Shabin.shebi" seems to be a copyright and policy violation of Wikimedia Commons. How is the user who has no previous history of images in Wikimedia come up with this image? Factually, this is an image which is owned by Ministry of Home Affairs of India "Interior Ministry". The federal department has not given any permission "written or otherwise" to use this image for upload or otherwise. The user should prove his/her copyright hold on this or otherwise be deleted. 116.74.11.138 16:56, 11 August 2014 (UTC)
