• @Magog the Ogre: I just found out that it's a cover of her memoir, In Times of Peril, which was edited by w:en:Annie_M._P._Smithson in 1922. Annie died in 1948, so this means that 70 years have passed. But w:en:Linda_Kearns_MacWhinney passed away in 1951. Is it eligible for public domain in Ireland?   No, it is public domain in the United States but not Ireland until 2022. English Wikipedia requires a work only be public domain in the United States; Commons requires it to be public domain in its country of origin as well. Magog the Ogre (talk) (contribs) 00:19, 9 August 2019 (UTC)
