Copyright violation. Mateo Romero, the artist who is still living, owns the copyright of this work, not User:Erodley. A case could be made for non-free fair use for a low-resolution version; however, this is a high resolution version of an artwork. Uyvsdi (talk) 17:11, 4 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The photograph is of a work in the collection of Peabody Essex Museum, and the artist has transferred rights to the image to the Museum, which has decided to make a JPG version available under a CC-BY 3.0 license as part of our recent edit-a-thon. If I've described the image improperly, I'll happily change it. The upload process is more than a little opaque and not user-friendly. Erodley (talk) 20:40, 4 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

 Comment I was unable to find that exact image on the Peabody Essex Museum site. The exact file location has to be provided not just a generic "it's at the museum". Sorry! Ellin Beltz (talk) 05:08, 17 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
