- I took the photo and uploaded it seven years ago. If you are not satisfied quality of the image and/or other issues, you are free to take another picture and upload it as a new (not remove and/or delete old one) to the Wikipedia Commons (note copyright issues). Keep with the following reasoning:
- The photograph was taken by its uploader, so there should be no copyright issues.
- The photograph is (the only photograph) of Iina Kuustonen (Wikidata:Q3391168), a famouns actress in Finland, so it definitely is within the Project scope.
- The photograph was apparently taken with consent (not to say that one would have been required).
- Since the photograph is of a famous actress and it does not cause damage, suffering or despise to her, publishing it does not require consent.
- So, apart from "courtesy deletion", there is no reason to delete the image according to the Deletion policy. ––Apalsola t • c 18:22, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
Kept, courtesy deletion is not acceptable, because the file is used in multiple projects. (In addition, we cannot be sure, that the anonymous nominator acts on behalf of Iina Kuustonen, but at moment this isn't important.) Taivo (talk) 14:33, 16 September 2018 (UTC)
