No COM:FOP for artwork in the United States. Need verification that this statue was published between 1978 and 1 March 1989 without notice, and without subsequent registration within 5 years. Otherwise the statue is protected by copyright. Mysterymanblue 20:12, 8 January 2022 (UTC)
Comment On August 23, 1989, the Anchorage Daily News described the monument as "Still in its crate in storage", indicating that the statute was not published until well after March 1. The statue is therefore protected by copyright. Mysterymanblue 23:09, 8 January 2022 (UTC)
