I doubt the uploader scanned this text, especially as someone managed to find it in the (vague) "Republic of Macedonia internet resources" on en.wp (w:File:Ustav VMRO Obedineta.jpg). This source is too vague to determine proper authorship and whether PD in Macedonia. Magog the Ogre (talk) 09:56, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
- I didn't scan it myself. This is a document of nonexisting since 1936 organisation - it's obvious PD (why in Macedonia?). --Мико (talk) 08:16, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
