It is from 1914 or before so it is not own work. So are we sure it is PD? MGA73 (talk) 16:38, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

1914 copyright by an organisation in the UK is now expired as it is over 70 years. Also copyright expired in US before 1996, so free in USA also. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 09:49, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
UK is life+70 years, not publication+70 years, unless the author is anonymous. In this case, we need to find the year of death of the organisation employee. --Stefan4 (talk) 19:05, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The party, and with almost 100% likelihood the author who would have been a member of that party believed in socialism and rejected notions of intellectual property, in a very similar way to which the author of the iconic image of Che Guevara made no claim to the rights of that image. As soon as it was published it would have been PD.194.176.105.132 16:06, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: as we are not sure its PD or not. JuTa 18:53, 17 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
