Will no longer serve a purpose. Go-Chlodio (talk) 10:04, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
Question The image is used in the article Gesta Danorum. Is there a replacement image? (The template {{Superseded}} might be appropriate.) Will the image be removed from that article? (For what reason?) Why shouldn't the image be kept around in case someone finds a purpose for it in the future? (Is it incorrect? Misleading? Low quality?) TilmannR (talk) 13:58, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
- Yes, I placed it there, it'll be removed; such article will no longer need it, for it's mostly incomplete and contains some mistakes. I created it for the List of characters mentioned in Gesta Danorum, however, the article was rejected for the lack of secondary sources. Much like the article, this is also based on a primary source, and thus I'll be ending its development. Go-Chlodio (talk) 20:58, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
- On hold As long as it is used in any article: Keep
- @Go-Chlodio: If the file is useless and noone could ever use it, add {{Out of scope}}, but please don't start deletion requests as long as it is used in articles (if you just worry that is a useless file). — Johannes Kalliauer - Talk | Contributions 23:17, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
- @JoKalliauer: Very well, I have removed it from the article. Go-Chlodio (talk) 23:47, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
@TilmannR: Do you mind telling me how did you fix the text? I have uploaded many SVGs here in the past and they didn't have such a problem, but when I do it now, everything has a problem, yet they look fine offline. Go-Chlodio (talk) 07:25, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
- @Go-Chlodio: please read: Help:SVG#bad_letter-alignment_on_small_font-size — Johannes Kalliauer - Talk | Contributions 08:32, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
- @JoKalliauer: I see, its scaling was 0.1 and you changed it to 10. You also fixed Family_tree_of_Scottish_monarchs_843–1807, what was the cause for its initial problem? Its predecessor Family_tree_of_French_monarchs_509–1870.svg did not suffer from missing text in raster stage. Go-Chlodio (talk) 15:15, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
- @Go-Chlodio: Here is the discussion about the deletion request about this specific picture, not about anything else. (This disscussion should be about yes or no, that an admin can decide within few seconds (they have much to do).) — Johannes Kalliauer - Talk | Contributions 15:40, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
- @JoKalliauer: Sorry about that. In relation to this discussion, I have decided to continue work on this tree and withdraw the deletion request. Go-Chlodio (talk) 15:54, 6 January 2019 (UTC)

Kept: As it's in use in several articles (through an infobox) and nominator withdrew request. --Gestumblindi (talk) 03:30, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
