The image description indicates that this is a photograph of a Bureau of Reclamation poster - but there is no way to prove the poster was created by a Bureau of Reclamation employee. Suspected copyvio, but not 100% Admrboltz (talk) 23:53, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Leaning Delete at the very least, we should have a full photo of the whole poster, or some source to verify the authorship of the original poster. If that can be established, then it's PD, and the source needs to be listed instead of {{Own}} in the summary. The next step would be to remove the bit about the uploader releasing it into the PD. His act of making a slavish copy does not create a new copyright that would be "released". Either the original poster is PD, or it is not, the act of photographing it slavishly does nothing to the status. Imzadi 1979  21:23, 5 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
