Since Hong Kong Airways was formed in 1947, it is highly unlikely that their logo was created any earlier than that year. Based on Hong Kong's 50-year copyright term, this was still under copyright on 1/1/1996 and had US copyright restored by the URAA. Assuming 1947 publication, this will enter the public domain in the US in 2043.
