Not PD-URAA. In Germany, the photograph would have been copyrighted for 70 years after photographer's death (2010) and therefore re-copyrighted by URAA. Source publication was 1983 so it will be safe to undelete in 2078. Buidhe (talk) 16:48, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Keep Even if it is not free since 70 years of death of photographer, ie. 2010 (???! - it is rather impossible, as I know this picture has been published first time somewhere in a German newspaper in 1933, but I don't exactly know where and when), I am son of 1983's publication author, Henryk Zieliński, and as his heir, I do release this picture into the public domain).      Comment This picture is part of larger view (frame), which is in Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF); see thumbnail - right. Definitely Public Domain Julo (talk) 18:36, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep No evidence that the photo was published in Gernmany before 1983. URAA is based on the country of the initial publication. Unless there is an evidence that it was published elsewhere before 1983, Poland should be considered its country of origin and the photo was PD in Poland at the URAA date (50pma in 1996). • Comment. Wikipedia is probably the only place on the Internet that protects the rights of Nazi photograpers that well :) The pic is PD in Poland due to Template:PD-Polish. URAA gives me a major headache. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 08:26, 18 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep First of all: Robert Sennecke died in 1940, so from 2010 photo is copyfree anyway. Second: publication in book of Henryk Zieliński before 1993 makes it copyfree according to Template:PD-Polish. There is no known place of publication before. Clear copyright situation. Kept: no valid reason for deletion.
Template {{PD-release|author=[[User:Julo|Julo]] }} replaced by {{PD-heirs}} instead
