- Instead of deleting, what about contacting the guy, saying sorry for the copyvio, and asking for a permission to use it with a CC License ?? (I'm travelling now, I won't be able to do it before a while)
- It takes a little more effort than putting a couple templates for deletion in case of copyvio, without having contacted the author. In case Rafy is also the author of the photo, then act as if I didn't say nothing... Fabienkhan (talk) 22:05, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
- I'am not the author. I merely had my doubts in that one since it is a duplicate with a misleading name. Furthermore it was being used in the Arabic language Wikipedia in reference to northern Iraq. Rafy (talk) 22:07, 15 February 2011 (UTC)

Deleted: In the OTRS discussion the photographer specifically calls out use in Wikipedia, so license is not general enough for commons. Flickr site is (C) all rights reserved. Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 17:34, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
