As per the notice left on my Talk page, I will reiterate what I stated on Stefan4's Talk page—that "I am not familiar with copyright issues surrounding signatures, and if the signature is problematic, then by all means—please delete it!" Any direction is/would be appreciated! Thanks again for the heads-up, Londonjackbooks (talk) 01:23, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There are some directions at COM:SIG. Signatures are considered to be too simple to get any copyright in some countries (e.g. the US and Germany) but not in other countries (e.g. the UK and the People's Republic of China). A lot of countries are not mentioned at all in those directions, so the status of signatures in those countries is unknown. The copyright for British signatures expires 70 years after the death of the signatory, so old British signatures are allowed and that is why this page belongs to the category Undelete in 2018. --Stefan4 (talk) 08:39, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
