Photo focuses on the Lotte World Tower too much to be de minimis. The top portion of the image (i.e. the top of the tower and the sky) should be cropped out for the tower to qualify as incidental. JohnCWiesenthal (talk) 04:07, 29 December 2023 (UTC)

- Keep per Ikan Kekek. This is incidental inclusion. A building doesn't get special copyright protection because it happens to be tall or short. What matters is the focus. The focus here is on a cityscape, not a particular tower. IronGargoyle (talk) 01:28, 3 January 2024 (UTC)
