This is a modern drawing, made for the construction of the subject church in 2000. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 17:00, 13 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In my opinion, purely original architectural construction plans can only depict exactly what was built there. If someone else makes this plan true to the original, it looks completely identical again. The plan itself does not reach the threshold of originality. The church, on the other hand, is an exact reconstruction of a building from the Middle Ages. The building itself does not enjoy copyright protection too. --Micha (talk) 10:05, 19 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In almost all countries, a copy painting of an old master has its own copyright. In some countries, a copy photo of a painting has its own copyright. There is no reason to believe that a modern drawing of an old building, carefully researched, would not have its own copyright. .     Jim . . . Deleted: per nomination. I agree a drawing of an old building will create new copyright. It is not a faitfull 3D copy, but creative choices have been made by the author. --Ellywa (talk) 21:10, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
