Keep: First of all, I'm impressed that you spotted that, given that it's been in an article for 1.5 years. I think this is a better fit for Commons:Overwriting existing files than for deletion (as "Blurring, cropping or otherwise obscuring ... other unacceptable parts"; accordingly, I covered up the image of the gesture with a black square. The black square is not much more noticeable than the original vandalism, and the image is still a useful illustration of a Wikipedia article. If anyone's looking for the original image that prompted the nomination, go to the file history. Vahurzpu (talk) 04:43, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
