The photo has been uploaded to Wikimedia Commons without consent by the photographed person, Hannah Svensson. She has sent several e-mails to me, as a volunteer and administratör at svwp, requesting the swift removal of the photo from Wikimedia Commons. The uploader, Sven Rosborn (talk · contribs), has also contacted me with the same wish. There is an ongoing process to produce another, to all parties acceptable photo of Hannah Svensson. I had previously uploaded one of my older photos of Hannah Svensson. After she contacted me and wanted to have a new photo, I of course have accepted this. However, this new photo was deleted because I didn’t know who the photographer was. However, now Paracel63 has been given permission through contacts with the photographer. I therefore hope that the new photo can be inserted into the article. I do not mind if you delete my old photo of Hannah Svensson.--Sven Rosborn (talk) 13:36, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Subject consent is not required, and personality rights are non-copyright restrictions which are explicitly not grounds for deletion (unless made in a private place where the subject had a reasonable expectation of privacy--not the case here). That said, however, I have no reservation deleting the image as a courtesy iff an appropriate replacement is provided. Although File:Hannah Svensson 2016 (IMG 8367-RE).jpg is offered, the current OTRS ticket is not valid, as permission was forwarded rather than provided directly from the author. Accordingly, this image should remain until that issue is resolved, at which time this image can be revisited. --Эlcobbola talk 19:30, 2 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
