Pictures without camera details tend to be suspect. We require a very much better declaration of source and/or permissions. See COM:OTRS. Potential copyright violation Timtrent (talk) 08:05, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@ Timtrent, I have tried to Check the Internet, but did not find anywhere where this picture was used before. Given the fact that there is conflict of Interest disclosure by the uploader Mark on the talk page for Hamis Kiggundu where this file is used' Mark who is also a great contributor on that page might have taken a raw file and processed using a software that eliminated the camera details in the end, given the additional fact that he declared it has his own work here, i believe it might not be in violation of any copyrights, thus I do not find any justification for deleting the file. @Ibitukirire please see Commons:Project scope/Precautionary principle Timtrent (talk) 07:39, 29 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Ibitukirire, Mark Mulwanyi and Ddragoner have been blocked on enwiki as socks of Izaaqnewton. Ddragoner uploaded a new version of the image which contains weird exif data dating it to July 2021, when the first version was uploaded five months earlier. Also note that Ddragoner uploaded the same/similar file File:Mr. Hamis Kiggundu.jpg. They are visually similar to images on hamz website. Njd-de (talk) 22:37, 11 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Comment The file has been replaced. That still does not mean it is here correctly. The uploader(s) are part of a sock farm, blocked on en WP, which is creating propaganda for Kiggundu across many WMF sites Timtrent (talk) 19:20, 13 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
