Per Commons:Freedom of panorama#Iceland, the design of the church is protected by copyright for 70 years after the death of the designer w:Guðjón Samúelsson. ~ JD554 (talk) 09:49, 24 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

 Comment Oh dear - I did not realize that images of this church are only available for non-commercial use. If inclusion of this image in Commons violates copyright law, then of course it should be deleted. What a shame. Thanks Sue Gardner (talk) 01:51, 26 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
