The architect Jean-Pierre Saintenois dies in 2004, no-FOP in Belgium. M0tty (talk) 22:47, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Jean-Pierre Saintenois has restored the building, so the building is again under copyright. --M0tty (talk) 23:19, 23 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
nope, it's not. Check your facts before making false claims. --LimoWreck (talk) 23:57, 23 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I checked my information, here is the source : [1]. Thank you for not being unpleasant. If I launched the DR is set to make a decision, I have no strong views on the issue, but facts are facts. And all the better if the images are stored in the end. --M0tty (talk) 08:50, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The first architect is Vleugels (I did not find his date of death), and the building was build in 1929. So, it is likely that the original architect is not dead for over 70 years. --M0tty (talk) 10:49, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
So fact is: you have no clue, and are just having a wild guess. Well, removing information by unsources guesses is not the way wikipedia nor commons work. --LimoWreck (talk) 18:14, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The facts are: First, I evidence that the architect who restored the building died in 2004, and secondly, it is likely that the original architect did not die before 1942. So, we have a copyvio or a double copyvio. --M0tty (talk) 18:54, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Copyvio or double copyvio, there is still a problem VIGNERON (talk) 19:17, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
