Mais encore une fois, ce n'est pas simple d'exposer les fondements de ces règles. Ceci dit, dans son cas, ne peut-on quand même pas admettre qu'une photo plus que probablement anonyme datant de presque 110 ans serait publiable? Imaginons que le photographe ait 20 ans quand il a pris la photo. Il a pu encore vivre 50 ans après l'avoir prise, c.-à-d. jusqu'en 1960. Dans ce cas, la photo n'entrerait dans le domaine public en 2031 en France. Il me semble qu'il faut donc une marge de sécurité d'au moins 120 ans pour faire une telle supposition, ce qui n'est pas le cas ici. BrightRaven (talk) 13:25, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: I use 1886 as the cutoff -- creator born in 1866, lives to be 80 in 1946, creates work at age 20. Of course, a ten year old creator who lived to be 100 is possible, so 1856 is possible, but 1886 is beyond a singificant doubt. .     Jim . . . .
