I am replacing the {{No permission since}} template added by Marshmallych with {{Delete}}, because I think this is more complex than a permission issue, so I would like this case to be discussed (I do not not support the deletion myself).

After some discussion, it seems that Marshmallych's main concern about the file is in fact about its source: it was probably taken on some other web site by the uploader.

But there is a {{PD-text}} tag, so the question is in fact to know whether this is valid or not:

  1. Can the person who took that picture claim copyright on it?
  2. Can Microsoft claim copyright on it?

I believe the answer to both questions is no:

  1. This is a photography of a 2-dimensional work. Not a very good one (there is some reflection), but I don't think this makes it copyrightable.
  2. There is a whole categories for BSOD and two files have already been kept (Commons:Deletion requests/File:Longhorn RSoD.png, Commons:Deletion requests/File:Windows XP BSOD.png).
